Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 weeks after purchase.
However, shipping times may vary based on product availability, demand, or your location.

In some cases, delivery may take longer. You will be notified via email if your order is delayed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: Typically 1–2 weeks after processing

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 3–5 business days after processing


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, The Paragon Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
For assistance, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim if needed.


7. All Sales Final

All orders are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once your order is placed.
