1. How long does shipping take?

We process orders within 2–3 business days. Most customers receive their orders within 1–2 weeks, depending on product availability and location. Some items may take longer during high-demand periods.


2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


4. Can I return or exchange my item?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review sizing and product details carefully before completing your order.


5. What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, please email us at support@theparagonclothing.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Our team will take care of it.


6. What size should I order?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you find the right fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.


7. Do you restock sold-out items?
